If you have ever felt your family adventures would be better served by a tank, look at the Nissan Rogue Trail Warrior Project! This thrilling concept adds heavy-duty tracks in place of wheels so that sand and snow don’t stand a chance.
The DOMINATOR Track are 48 inches long, 15 inches wide, and 30 inches high. The suspension and wheel wells had to be modified to fit the tracks, but other than that, all drivetrain components are standard. Powering this adventure machine is the Rogue’s 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine rated at 170 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque.
Along with the impressive tracks, the Trail Warrior comes with tinted headlights, a custom camouflage wrap, custom fender flares, LED lights, an ARB Gear Basket, a Warn 4K winch, and military-style yellow glass.
“This new Rogue Trail Warrior adds a new dimension to family adventures with its snow/sand tracks, gear basket, winch and camo paint,” said Michael Bunce, vice president, Product Planning, Nissan North America, Inc. “If you want to stand out from the crowd during a day on the slopes or the beach, this is the vehicle to take.”
As you would expect, this unique vehicle is just a concept and won’t be heading to showrooms anytime soon. However, even without the tracks, the Nissan Rogue is a capable family adventure-mobile. Come see what it can do for you with a test drive at Riverhead Nissan today.
